• Drinking water heated in wintertime

• Pasture on hill--encourages more exercise and balance

• Secluded - away from farm traffic (people, other horses, farm machinery)

• Three-sided pole building (plenty of ventilation for horses who cannot tolerate dust)

• Three 10'x12' stalls (limited pasture group)

• Can be rented as private pasture

• Paddock with 4 rotated pastures

• Wood fence

• Tack room

 

Group C

• Pole building with six 10'x12' stalls

• Paddock with 4 one-acre pastures

• Wood fence

• Tack area

• Easy access

• Close to drive (helps for horses who are unaccustomed to traffic)

C Barn

Group D

• 32' x 72' pole building with ten 10' x 12' stalls

• Tack room - 10' x 24'

• Doors on both ends of east/west aisle open in summer to take advantage of prevailing winds, windward side closed for winter Aisle of "D" Barn

• Large 5.5-acre pasture

• Wood fence

 

D Group pasture

• Easy access

• Close to drive (helps for horses who are unaccustomed to traffic)

 

Group G

• 24' x 24' pole building with two 10' x 12' stalls
• Private pasture
