We now accept Visa and MasterCard! Please read our credit card policy and contact us with any questions you may have. Charges will appear on your credit card statement under the name David W. Held.

Deposit: To confirm a reservation, a 25% deposit or one night's stay is required, whichever is greater.

Balance: The remaining balance is due upon arrival except for Holiday reservations. Holiday balances are due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than eight (8) days prior to your scheduled arrival date must pay in full when reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs, the deposit is not refundable. For summer season (May 1st through October 1st), if cancellation is made greater than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival datel, we can refund the deposit minus 15% of the reservation total. All other reservations are subject to the full rate upon any cancellation.
