Preamble:
Brad's Friendly Net is a Pennsylvania corporation and is governed
by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the County of Beaver, the
Borough of Midland, and is subscribed and superseded by the laws of the
United States of America and the United Nations governing bodies, and its
use is governed by these bodies. Brad's Friendly Net provides connection
to the collection of computers known as "The Internet", and subscribers
to usage as provided for in the electronic publication known as "Netiquette".
Acceptable/Unacceptable
Use:
Our purpose is to provide Internet connectivity in support of education,
research, recreation, economic development, and commerce. Any use which
violates International, Federal, State, or Local laws; unsolicited advertising
or mass-mailings; the disruption of network traffic or Brad's Friendly
Net services; chain letter transmission; unauthorized access to systems
or data; and the reselling of connection time and/or services pertaining
to direct or indirect connections without prior authorization is considered
unacceptable use.
While access to adult content on the Internet is available, Brad's
Friendly Net does not endorse or condone sexually explicit sites,
and hosting of such sites on our servers is prohibited.
Conditions of Use
Brad's Friendly Net MUST abide by and comply with all rules and acceptable
use policies of the networks on which it travels. Use of Brad's Friendly
Net implies agreement with the rules and policies stated herein. Violations
of this policy will result in termination of service with no refund of fees
paid to date. Brad's Friendly Net will cooperate fully with any duly
sworn or authorized official in any investigation as to the legal use of
this system. Brad's Friendly Net is not responsible for any data transmitted
to/from a user's system. This includes, but is not limited to, viruses,
illegal software, unsolicited advertising, and/or mass-mailings.
Cancellation Policy:
Credit Card: Brad's Friendly Net will bill at the beginning
of the month for subscription services. Billing will continue quarterly
without exception.
Check/Money Order: Invoices are sent at least three weeks
prior to the due date. Customers are responsible for remitting payment
before the due date.
All cancellations must be RECEIVED IN WRITING prior to the
first day of the month in which the balance is due. If cancellation
is received on or after the fist of the month, the customer will be billed
for the FULL MONTH. NO VERBAL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HONORED AT ANY
TIME.
*Brad's Net reserves the right to cancel any account 10 days past
due.*
Refunds will not be given once payment has been applied, unless
special arrangement has been made. No refunds will be issued within the
first three months of subscription unless connectivity is not possible.
Brad's Friendly Net is in no way responsible for any phone related
charges that a user may incur under any circumstances. Telephone company
charges are paid separately from the fees charged by Brad's Friendly
Net.
Subscribers of Brad's Friendly Net must be at least 18 years of
age. Any user under 18 must be supervised by an adult, or the purchaser
of Brad's Friendly Net Subscription assumes all responsibility
for any information received via the Internet by the User.
Brad's Friendly Net reserves the right to publish additions and/or
corrections to this policy.
I have read the requirements and I am compliant. I understand that
by agreeing to this form that I am liable for having these requirements
and if I do not, it is my own responsibility to meet these requirements.
Brad's Friendly Net is not responcible for connectivity until
I meet these requirements.
