Brad's Friendly Net, Inc. is now offering computer repair service. Our technical support staff, provides quality computer repair/maintenance services at a reasonable low cost in a timely manner. Generally, pick-up for repairs should be within 1-2 business days upon delivery. If not applicable, customer will be called and notified of pick-up time. Brad's Net will also have a 30-Day liability for any work done to a customer's computer.

• Maintaining virus software (updating)
• Hardware repair/replacement
• Software repair
• Analysis of current technology
• Recommendations for system upgrades
• Installing software upgrades
• Optimizing network performance

Time and Material:
Time and Material Service Hourly Rates for Equipment NOT under warranty:

There is a $40.00 fee for first initial hour. Every hour thereafter will be charged in 15- minute increments at $10.00. There will be no charge for unattended time.

 

*NOTE: Brad's Net WILL NOT work on any parts that still have manufactures warranty on them. If the computer has an active warranty, the customer must contact the manufacturer for service.

*All computers left after 30 days will become the property of Brad's Friendly Net, Inc.
